The end product was well received. That should be all that matters but please know a few things before you decide to order. First it is a foreign transaction. If you use a credit card to pay, you will be alerted of a foreign transaction (probably China) on your card AFTER you make the purchase. That can be a bit unnerving. But you will soon receive the first draft of your artwork. Do not accept the proof until you are absolutely satisfied with it. They will make as many changes as you want. Also, then know, that after you accept the final proof, you will receive no follow-up until you receive the delivery. No shipping notice, no tracking number, nothing. And it will take around 2-3 weeks for you to receive it. But my final product was package well for the journey around the world and it should take you some time to un-package it (I ordered a framed version). My Mother was delighted on her 80th birthday with the final gift, which in the end, is all that matters!

I was very satisfied with the quality of the portrait once I received it. It was well made. It was a gift to a friend and he laughed so hard when he saw it and others were amazed at how cool the portrait came out. Overall, very pleased with the whole experience. Will be ordering more!
